Yes. Every piece is cut by hand and saddle-stitched with two needles and waxed thread in our atelier in El Mina, Tripoli. No machine touches the seam, which is why it lasts.

Ready-to-ship pieces can be paid by Whish Money or in cash on delivery. Pre-orders and bespoke pieces are made for you alone, so they are settled in advance by Whish Money before the first cut.

Always. Every model can be pre-ordered in the size you need, in any leather colour and any thread colour, with your initials if you wish. For something entirely new, book a bespoke appointment at the atelier or by video call.

Ready-to-ship pieces are delivered in 2–4 working days. Pre-orders are made in about 3–4 weeks, and we share the progress of your piece as it takes shape. Bespoke timing is agreed together during your appointment.

Yes. Up to three initials can be added to pre-order and bespoke pieces, at no extra charge.

Every order arrives in our gift presentation with a numbered, signed card. At checkout you can add a handwritten note, and our gift cards let them choose for themselves.

If a seam ever loosens, we re-stitch it for free, for the life of the piece. Other repairs, such as edges or hardware, are offered at cost. Simply write to us and we will arrange collection.

Each piece is made by hand, so we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your piece ever arrives damaged, we collect it free of charge and repair or replace it.

Yes. Delivery is complimentary everywhere in Lebanon.
