What we collect

When you place an order, reserve a piece, book an appointment or join our private list, we receive the details you give us: your name, phone number, email, delivery address and the details of your order or request.

How we use it

Only to prepare and deliver your piece, confirm your payment, answer you, and, if you have joined our private list, share new pieces and atelier news. We never sell or rent your details to anyone.

Who helps us

Our website is hosted by Cloudflare and our emails are sent through a secure email provider. Payments are made directly through Whish Money or in cash; we never see or store card details.

Visitor statistics

We count visits anonymously to understand which pieces you enjoy. This uses no advertising cookies and does not identify you.

Your choices

You may ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your details, or to leave the private list, by writing to [email protected].

The maison

Maison Deux Âmes is a leather atelier based on Farah Antoun Street, El Mina, Tripoli, Lebanon. These terms apply to every order placed on maisondeuxames.com.

Prices & payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Ready-to-ship pieces are paid by Whish Money or in cash on delivery. Pre-orders and bespoke pieces are paid in advance by Whish Money; production begins once payment is received.

Your order

An order is confirmed once we send you our confirmation email. Because each piece is made by hand, small variations in grain, colour and stitching are natural and part of its character.

Made-to-order pieces

For pre-orders and bespoke pieces, the final price, size and timing are confirmed with you personally before production. Once production has begun, these pieces cannot be cancelled.

Delivery & returns

Delivery is complimentary across Lebanon. Pieces are not returnable or exchangeable. A piece that arrives damaged, reported within 48 hours of delivery, is repaired or replaced free of charge. Lifetime care is described on our client care page.

Gift cards

Gift cards are valid for 12 months, can be used on any piece, pre-order or bespoke creation, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Designs

All designs, photographs and the Maison Deux Âmes name and emblem belong to the maison and may not be reproduced without permission.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon.
